Guidance & Support
Practice Safety
Please practice according to your personal comfort and physical condition. Inform the instructor before starting the program if you have an existing injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, significant pain, mobility limitation or any health condition that may affect physical activity.
Avoid forcing any posture and stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
Jivanyog sessions are intended for general yoga practice and wellness and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice.

Membership & Refund Policy
The total program fee is ₹10,000.
Members are encouraged to attend regularly, as consistent practice is important for meaningful progress.
Missed sessions by the participant are generally not individually rescheduled unless specifically agreed by Jivanyog.
If Jivanyog needs to cancel or reschedule a class, members will be informed and an alternative arrangement may be provided where appropriate.
If you are not satisfied after the first month of consistent participation, you may request a 50% refund of the program fee, subject to attendance and eligibility under Jivanyog's applicable refund policy.
