What You Need
- For your sessions, keep the following ready:
- Comfortable yoga mat
- Comfortable and breathable clothing
- Water bottle
- Quiet and well-ventilated practice space
- Stable internet connection for online sessions
- Mobile, tablet or laptop with the camera positioned clearly
- Yoga blocks or cushions if recommended by the instructor
- Small towel if required
- We recommend practicing on a relatively light stomach and keeping your practice area free from obstacles.
Guidance & Support
Practice Safety
Yoga should always be practiced according to your individual comfort and physical condition.
Please inform the instructor before beginning the program if you have any existing injury, recent surgery, pregnancy, significant pain, mobility limitation or other health concern that may affect physical activity.
Do not force yourself into any posture or continue a movement that causes sharp pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.
Jivanyog yoga sessions are intended for general wellness, movement and guided yoga practice. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or professional healthcare advice. Where appropriate, consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or modifying your exercise routine.
Member Support
As a member of the Morning Yoga Session, you receive structured guidance throughout your program.
Support may include:

Our aim is to help you practice with greater confidence, awareness and consistency throughout the 3-month journey.
Membership & Refund Policy
The program fee is ₹10,000.
Once enrolled, members are encouraged to attend sessions regularly, as consistency plays an important role in experiencing progress from yoga practice.
Missed sessions by the member generally cannot be individually rescheduled unless otherwise communicated by Jivanyog.
Session schedules may occasionally be adjusted due to instructor availability, holidays or unavoidable circumstances. Members will be informed whenever possible.
If Jivanyog needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative arrangement may be provided where appropriate.
As per the current Jivanyog program policy, if you are not satisfied after completing the first month of consistent participation, you may request a refund of 50% of the program fee, subject to review of attendance and eligibility under the applicable refund terms.
Refund requests should be submitted through the official Jivanyog contact channel.
By enrolling in the program, the participant agrees to follow the session guidelines, safety instructions and applicable Jivanyog terms and policies.
